1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Palm Leaf Innovations. If you may received defective or damaged product, you may escalate the concern within 1 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility For Refund / Exchange

To be eligible for a refund/ exchange you must provide clear and valid photos showing the issue with the product. Please send these photos along with your proof of purchase to WhatsApp  +91 9020209220

3. Refunds / Exchanges

Once you are eligible for refund/ exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your refund/ exchange request.

• If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  
• If your exchange is approved, new product will be delivered within 7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exceptions

• Personalized or customized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
